I found this is not service pack 3 but there are fully updated Windows 7 ISOs go to show all and download the iso file https://archive.org/details/windows-7-sp1-aio
Oh ok, I'm now on service pack 2, it installed fine, but when I try to connect to a network it says unable to connect to a network something like that. It works fine on Windows 7 and old ubuntu. Drivers are natively supported on XP but for me it won't connect to a network on windows xp both x64 and x86. Sorry for bad english

I then uninstalled Office, reinstalled Office, and immediately ran a SP3 download. That worked. And that is the recommended practice for patching Office: Install Office. Install latest Service Pack.
